Based on a 4 Person/Minimum 2 Night Stay

Booking Conditions  (Payment of deposit accepts these conditions)

Deposit is 50%

Balance of tariff is payable one week prior to arrival

If less than 28 days notice given of cancellation the deposit is forfeited unless the cottage is rebooked.

All refunds attract a $25 administration fee

Guests who fail to show will forfeit the full amount of the booking

Not ideal for children (small, non walking babies excepted)

Maximum 4 guests

Sorry no pets

Smoking only permitted outside on terrace

The property to be left as found. Damage, loss or additional cleaning must be paid for by the person in whose name the booking was made. That person authorises any such payment on his/her credit card.
